Returns & Exchanges
If, for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in an unopened, saleable condition.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and postage and packing charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are also unable to accept returns for items purchased from our stockists. You will need to contact them to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
To return any items, please first contact us on 0333 577 5288 (Calls to this number will cost no more than a national rate call. If you have inclusive minutes this also applies to calls from any UK mobile, fixed line or payphone) or via the contact us page.
You will be required to obtain proof of posting when returning items as we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit
